A Triple Crowner: I made it

That's a wrap. After three years logging more than 10 thousand miles, I finished the triple crown. The Appalachian trail, the Continental Divide Trail, and the Pacific Crest trail, the majority of the last three years, were spent walking.

Did you know? Over 10,000 people have summited Mount Everest. Did you also know, as of September 1, 2021, 525 people have completed the American Triple Crown?

Both amazing achievements, with their own challenges. Time and money being the biggest for both.

I am proud to have achieved the latter, with no aspiration to summit Everest.

Though my adventures are far from over.

The worst part about these achievements is the lack of a guide for after you are done. There isn't a how-to on dealing with impostor syndrome, or what adventure will tide you over without one-upping the previous.

So here I sit. Deciding on my next steps.

I will be contributing to this blog more and more for the foreseeable future, and hopefully going on more outings to share.

If you want to see my photos from the triple crown, head over to my Instagram @thewanderingkiltsman , there I have thousands of pictures to peruse.

If you want to help me do this full time or feel like buying me a drink... Head over to my Patreon. You'll get access to Patron only content and future live shows/meetups.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me thru this amazing journey. Let's see what we can get into next.
